Cake with roasted butter


360 g eggs
350 g brown sugar
35 g invert sugar
125 g Roasted Butter 98 % fat
175 g Sélection cream 35 % fat
3 g Maldon salt
350 g pastry flour
14 g baking powder
  • Make a cake dough.
  • Mix the sugar and the invert sugar and add the roasted butter.
  • Mix until obtaining a smooth mass, then add the eggs. Add the cream.
  • Mix the flour and the baking powder and add to the dough.
  • Pour into moulds and bake for 30 minutes at 165 °C.

Did you know ?

The invert sugar can be replaced with honey.
